Tarale Draws!

Can’t really draw today. Quick figure drawing.

Practice drawing. Just having a go at gesture drawing… I am not entirely sure what I am doing.

Life drawing practice, today. 22 minutes.

I am trying to get better at drawing the male figure, as I’ve spent so long drawing mostly women.

Posting this mostly for the future—so I can look at it later to see if I have improved.

I don’t draw men a lot. I don’t really know how to draw men. I tried to draw a man, and I am not very good at drawing men, but I will keep trying.

Here’s a man that I drew. Or tried to draw.

Colour and more detail in the shading. Tried to get the little bones on the hips and the muscles in the neck and a whole bunch of things… betterer.

Second proper attempt at life drawing. I like to draw the ladies.

I have decided, in 2012, I will try to draw more… real people. Unfortunately, I have never really done a lot of life drawing, and I think I can describe this as my first serious attempt. I expect… well, hope… this will get easier as I practice more.
